Hiring - Customer Sales Executive

Experience - 0-1 Yr

Qualification - Graduate

Role and Responsibility:
a) Sales Customer Service:
1. To a end to the Customers in the sales area and Guide Advise them to buy products as per their

requirements.

2. Drives sales through the engagement of customers, sugges ve selling, and sharing of product

informa on.

3. Assist Directs customers by escor ng them to racks and counters.

4. To provide pleasing service to customer sa sfac on.

b) Sales Support:
1. Focus on sales and strive to a ain the target of the FMCG and non-pharmacy products category.

2. Ensure shi hand-over and take-over is given before leaving the work area.

3. Perform any other job assigned by the in-charge as per exigencies of work.

4. To follow the departmental SOPs strictly for all the responsibili es assigned.

c) Inventory Management:
1. To maintain and also to be responsible for the correct inventory of stock as per the system stock

and conduct in Daily Cycle Count audit, Monthly Internal Audit to control on Pilferage, The loss.

2. Coordinate with procurement Execu ve for procurement and storage of FMCG and non-pharmacy

products as per the day-to-day requirements.

3. To work with the Inward Staff for receiving and arranging the FMCG and non-pharmacy products

as per the storage condi ons in the respec ve areas and to monitor for appropriateness.

4. To monitor Air Condi oner, Refrigerator temperature on day to day basis.

5. Ensure that 100% physical stock is tallied according to FMCG and non-pharmacy products category

twice a week.

6. Daily rack-wise verifica on of fast-moving items.

7. To assist and work for the removal of near expiry, non-moving stocks to report the same to the

supervisors and to monitor storage condi ons of the FMCG and non-pharmacy products.

**Salary**: ₹530,681.12 - ₹747,150.11 per year
