Finishing Supervisor

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor to join our team for immediate hiring. As an On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with different agencies to ensure the completion of site work for an IT office in Bhopal. The project involves finishing the interior of the structure, including tasks such as fire fighting setup, AC setup, tiles fitting, bathroom fitting, front elevation, and other related activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities with various agencies to ensure the timely and successful completion of the site work for the IT office in Bhopal.
- Review and evaluate quotations from different agencies for various tasks, considering quality and financial aspects.
- Finalize agency selection based on a comprehensive assessment of their expertise, experience, quality of work, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and architectural standards throughout the site work process.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues or challenges, and propose suitable solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any potential obstacles.
- Make informed decisions and efficiently resolve conflicts to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor, overseeing site work and coordinating with different agencies.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, architectural design principles, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate quotations and make informed decisions based on quality and financial considerations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to start immediately and work on-site at the IT office location in Bhopal.
