Production Operators must ensure that the production process is running smoothly, and that all products meet the required quality standards. They must also complete quality control checks and document any defects or issues that arise.

It is the production operator's job to support the operation of production machinery, ensuring that it works safely and effectively. The production operator sets up, monitors, adjusts, and repairs machinery so it can be used efficiently to create manufactured materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing machinery.
- Inspecting and checking finished products.
- Cleaning and preparing the assembly lines.
- Reporting to supervisors.
- Assisting with employee training.
- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Time management.
- Communication skills.
