Food Processing Machine Operator position at La Plume Private Limited is responsible for performing material handling, clean-up, packaging and other elemental activities related to food and beverage processing. The Food Processing Machine Operator also operates multi-function process control machinery and single-function machines to process and package food products. Responsible for production, quality and food safety on line.

**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to initiate production cycles.
- Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed, to maintain optimal performance.
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines as required.
- Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Periodically test machine operations to identify and address any issues.
- Resolve machine-related issues that arise during the shift.
- Check output for any mistakes or flaws attributable to machine operation.
- Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products.
- Keep detailed activity logs to track production activities.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a machine operator.
- Clean and sanitize machines, work areas and equipment.
- Assist the supervisor with plant start-up and shut down.
- Check products to ensure conformance to company quality and food safety standards
- Clear machine blockages as required
- Check product quality and packaging “in-process” for basic quality defects
- Understanding of production procedures and manuals.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the constant use of protective gear.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot machine-related problems.
- Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
- Experience as a machine operator or a labourer in food or beverage processing is an advantage in this position

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
