**Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager**
- Provide support to individual stores; managers; and teams
- Determine long and short-term sales goals, & Promote our product lines by coordinating with store management and media relations teams.
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
- Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately
- Plan and execute training among staff members and management
- Oversee sales and special Operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
- Create sales goals for each store and communicate them to the team & management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
- Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results.

**Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager**
- 2+ years in a Sales managerial role
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in teams

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
