Job Description We O4Organic Marketing Pvt.Ltd is hiring Sales & Marketing Manager to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.Main Responsibility areas:Implement performance plans according to company procedure.Appointment of new Dealers/distributors in new markets.Manage day-to-day performance of all sales.Responsible for the sales target given to him for hisarea.Analyzing the market position, competitors ,threats,opportunities.Full market reporting to the companyResponsible for the overall sales & distribution of hisassigned area.Develop strategic brand plan, complete with outlinedobjectives, strategy and tactics, promotional strategy,ensuring expansion and growth goals are met Solicit, prospect and develop a new clientele and maintain themAnalyze market data (consumer, competitiveeconomic, positioning, distributions channels, trends,and advertising) that is relevant for future brand innovation plans.Create and deliver senior management presentationslike project updates, annual strategy reviews and fiscal year planning meetingsDevelop and manage budgets and financial documents,maintain relevant digital strategy and tools.Responsible for pricing strategiesProduct Awareness Building, Visibility & MerchandisingAnalyzing and handling Competition and competitoractivities.Mandatory Skills :indivusal working strategy.Knowledge of FMCG ProductsMarket knowledge of product combinations sold in IndiaExposure to sale of high end baby food and kids food productssound understanding of modern management techniques applicable to their field.indivusal working style.
