Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller - IT Products & Solutions
Location: Bengaluru - Rajajinagar
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years
**Job Summary**:
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to present IT offerings confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in India and international markets.
- Explain IT products (software, cloud solutions, IT services) clearly and persuasively.
- Understand client requirements and provide product recommendations.
- Schedule product demos, meetings, or consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for solution alignment.
- Share product brochures, case studies, pricing, or quotations as required.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and conversions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or lead generation roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Kannada (Regional languages are a plus).
Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of IT products like software solutions, SaaS, cloud services, etc.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:
Experience in B2B lead generation or IT sales
