**About Us**:
Balaji Industries is a leading manufacturer of technical têxtile and protective clothings. We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle new customer acquisition through effective communication and relationship building.
- Manage and operate **IndiaMART** for lead generation and customer interaction.
- Conduct **cold calling** to potential customers to expand the client base.
- Handle customer calls to follow up on inquiries and provide information on products.
- Utilize **LinkedIn** to build professional connections and generate leads.
- Achieve **sales targets** and work towards meeting company objectives.
- Demonstrate strong **sales goal orientation** and result-driven performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Graduation** from a recognized university.
- Proven experience with **IndiaMART** and other B2B platforms.
- Proficiency in **cold calling** and customer interaction.
- Experience with **LinkedIn** for professional networking and lead generation.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- **Target-driven** with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
- **Gender**: Female Only
