**Training Development & Delivery**:

- Develop and update training modules for housekeeping and facility operations (e.g., cleaning protocols, equipment handling, waste management, maintenance SOPs).
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new housekeeping and facility staff.
- Deliver practical and classroom training sessions on cleaning techniques, use of chemicals/equipment, safety, and customer service.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure training aligns with industry standards, safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA), and company policies.
- Conduct refresher training and workshops on hygiene, infection control, and sustainability.
- Maintain training records and ensure all team members are up to date with certifications.

**Evaluation & Improvement**:

- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and on-the-job performance.
- Monitor staff performance post-training and recommend additional support if needed.
- Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, audits, and new trends.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with housekeeping supervisors, facility managers, and HR for scheduling and planning.
- Organize external training or certifications if required.
- Stay updated on latest cleaning products, technologies, and industry standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping and facility processes
- Training delivery and adult learning techniques
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and training software
- Ability to motivate and engage frontline staff

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
