**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:
- Efficiently manage the founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing both personal and professional meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- **Travel and Accommodation Coordination**:
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, while ensuring all details are organized and communicated effectively.
- Handle itinerary planning and any necessary adjustments during travel.
- **Personal and Family Financial Management**:
- Organize and maintain personal and family financial documents, including budgeting, expenses, and receipts.
- Assist in managing finances for family members, ensuring timely payments and coordinated financial management.
- **Property Documentation**:
- Manage all property-related paperwork, including documentation for transactions, maintenance, and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of property files and relevant information.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Assist in drafting correspondence and managing communications for both personal and professional matters.
- **Paperwork Organization**:
- Undertake the crucial project of organizing all paperwork and files, ensuring everything is easily accessible and systematically arranged.
- Implement efficient filing and archiving systems for both personal and professional documentation.
- **Family Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison with family members, coordinating schedules and needs effectively to ensure harmony in personal responsibilities.
- Facilitate communication among family members regarding events, milestones, and financial matters.
- **Confidentiality and Professionalism**:
- Handle all sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Uphold a professional demeanor that reflects the values and standards of ReWiser.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or in a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with personal finance management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while being a collaborative team player.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach, especially in managing personal and professional tasks.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
- This is an offline position based in Koramangala, Bangalore.
- High mobility is required, as the role may involve traveling throughout the city for various tasks.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
