**Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)**

**Salary**: ₹12,700 - ₹15,400 per month (Fixed)

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Associates (CSA)** for our voice process team. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office role focused on resolving customer queries via voice calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and address customer queries efficiently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely resolutions
- Maintain call quality standards and data accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during interactions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum: HS Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Excellent verbal communication in **English & Hindi**:

- Should not have appeared for **Flipkart** interviews in the last 3 months
- Typing speed of **30 WPM** with **90% accuracy**:

- Strong customer orientation
- Flexible to work in **24/7 rotational shifts**:

- No planned leaves for the first 3 months post joining
