Summary
- The Coordinator’s primary duty is to coordinate and get tasks completed for the process team..
KRA
- Coordinate and Follow up for all process-related tasks with the site and office team and get
those tasks completed.
- Follow up as per the KRA and KPI of the team whether the tasks are completed or not, in case
not completed get them completed.
- Follow up, Follow up, Follow up
- Report at the end of the day about the tasks completed and pending task for each team
member to HOD/ Director
- To follow the process of working in different departments with the doers.
- To report to the Directors for the work status at end of the day.
- To assist the department head for the assigned tasks.
- To get the work done from the team members.
- Prepare orders / Documents
- Fill FMS - Monitoring sheets as per the work done online. Each task done will be marked done
- Audit the tasks done by doers and in case of tasks are not completed / incorrectly done then
get the task corrected
- Delegate tasks to the doers
- Check and follow up as per the Process monitoring sheets (PMS) whether the targets / Tasks
for the day are achieved or not and report to HOD.
- Monitor the requests tickets and get the issues resolved in coordination with the HOD
- Maintaining files for individual projects / Processes.
- To assist the project Head in Projects and Office-related activities.
- Your work score will be directly proportional to the work score of the team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Google sheets.
- Experience of a minimum of 3 years
- Basic Computer knowledge required
- Should be able to understand Flowcharts
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
