Hiring for Computer Operator
About the Role:
The Process Coordinator will be responsible for driving organizational processes, ensuring timely follow-ups with staff, and escalating delays to the Managing Director. Will play a key role in ensuring that systems and workflows designed during workshops are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with staff across departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Track progress on all organizational processes and escalate delays/issues to the MD.
- Ensure that systems created during workshops are being followed consistently.
- Maintain basic reports and trackers using MS Excel.
- Provide day-to-day support to management in process monitoring and coordination.
Skill Set & Requirements:
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as a coordinator/office executive.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
- Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience : Fresher or 1-2yrs experience
Location: Sector 63, Noida (Prefer candidates within 45 mins)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
