Hiring for Computer Operator

About the Role:

The Process Coordinator will be responsible for driving organizational processes, ensuring timely follow-ups with staff, and escalating delays to the Managing Director. Will play a key role in ensuring that systems and workflows designed during workshops are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with staff across departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Track progress on all organizational processes and escalate delays/issues to the MD.
  • Ensure that systems created during workshops are being followed consistently.
  • Maintain basic reports and trackers using MS Excel.
  • Provide day-to-day support to management in process monitoring and coordination.

Skill Set & Requirements:

  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as a coordinator/office executive.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
  • Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience : Fresher or 1-2yrs experience

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Prefer candidates within 45 mins)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
