UI\UX Designer and Developer

We are looking for a creative UX/UI designer with 2+ years to join our growing team. This role will work closely with sales and development team to develop the UI/UX of the app/web projects.
Your passion for design will become your greatest asset as you build the product from the scratch. You will have the opportunity to innovate and build a product that is a market leader and the best in its class

**What You'll Do**
- Leading end-to-end clients projects
- Managing a few junior designers
- Define/ Create visual components of the UI design system
- Collaborating with the team to develop beautiful design concepts, wireframes, prototypes and other UX/UI design deliverables
- Maintaining and updating prototypes and wireframes during development and getting early feedback on them from users.
- Ensuring consistent design approaches and styling are kept

**What You'll Need**
- Extremely strong visual design fundamentals like colour, typography, composition, etc.
- Experience with mobile and web design
- Experience handling International clients
- Experience as UI Designer /Sr UI Designer - Excellent User Experience with delightful UI design skills are important.
- Expert level skills in Adobe XD, Figma and other associated design tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite products including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.
- Experience with UI Testing.
- Effectively articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, design rationale, and research findings, both verbally and visually.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
- Strong ability to communicate your design vision and defend your design decisions
- Be a great team player, in an agile environment with the ability to work closely with developers, product owners, technical writers, and other UI designers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
