The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.Responsibilities:Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.Conducting user research and usability testing.Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business.Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
