**Skills and Qualification**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects created with Figma.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
