We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our team. As a Quality Checker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and upholding the high standards of craftsmanship and quality that our customers expect from our bespoke tailoring services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect finished garments for defects, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Conduct fabric, stitching, and seam inspections to ensure exceptional quality.
- Verify the accuracy of garment measurements and fit.
- Check pattern alignment and overall workmanship.
- Inspect buttons, zippers, and other accessories for proper attachment and functionality.
- Ensure garments are properly ironed and pressed to perfection.
- Document all inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records.
- Collaborate with tailors and team members to resolve any quality issues.
- Provide feedback and guidance to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Conduct sample testing to ensure quality consistency.
- Participate in the training and development of new team members.
- Assist in making the final approval for garments before customer delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality.
- Knowledge of fabrics, tailoring techniques, and garment construction.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A commitment to maintaining and improving quality standards.
- An understanding of bespoke tailoring processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
