**Position Overview**:
The Documentation Expert will be responsible for managing and preparing all necessary documentation related to Solid Waste Management projects in Bhubaneswar, with a strong focus on Swachh Survekshan, certifications, and related assessments. This role requires a thorough understanding of the requirements for various urban sanitation programs and the ability to compile and present information clearly and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Documentation for Swachh Survekshan & Certification**
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation required for Swachh Survekshan assessments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the latest guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- **Service Level Progress (SLP) Indicators**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to Service Level Progress (SLP) indicators.
- Prepare reports on SLP performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of SLP data.
- **Evidence Submission**:

- Gather, verify, and organize evidence to support claims related to Solid Waste Management activities.
- Prepare evidence files for audits and assessments.
- Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving evidence.
- **Garbage Free City (GFC) Star Rating, ODF++, and Water+ Certifications**:

- Prepare documentation for Garbage Free City (GFC) Star Rating assessments.
- Prepare documentation for Open Defecation Free (ODF++), and Water+ certifications.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements for each certification.
- **Report Writing**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports on Solid Waste Management activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Ensure reports are accurate, well-written, and meet the required standards.
- Present reports to stakeholders as needed.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Solid Waste Management practices and regulations.
- Excellent understanding of Swachh Survekshan methodology and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with Service Level Progress (SLP) indicators, Garbage Free City (GFC) Star Rating, ODF++, and Water+ certification processes.
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and documentation management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to produce reports, presentations, and project updates with evidence.

**Preferred Experience**
- MBA or master’s in social work.
- At least 01 year of experience in Swachh Survekshan documentation.
- Experience in documentation for urban sanitation projects.
