**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**:Ahmedabad & Surat
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Regional Head

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven **Sales Executive** with experience in **PVC, UPVC, CPVC**profiles or related **building material products**. The role involves generating new business, managing key customer accounts, and ensuring consistent sales growth within the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **dealers, distributors, plumbers, contractors, architects, and builders**.
- Achieve monthly and annual **sales and collection targets** as assigned.
- Visit project sites, conduct market surveys, and generate leads from potential clients.
- Promote company products through product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable sales.
- Monitor **competitor activities**, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Coordinate with the **production, logistics, and accounts** teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit **daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven sales experience in **PVC, UPVC, CPVC, or other building materials**.
- Strong **networking and relationship-building skills** within the construction/materials industry.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal** abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for field sales.
- Good knowledge of **local markets** and customer behavior.
- Basic proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM tools (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering**, or a related field.
- **2-5 years** of relevant sales experience in **building materials / pipes & fittings / construction products**.
- Must possess a **valid driving license** and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary plus **sales incentives** and **travel allowance**.
- Benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
