Job Title - Kannada Voice Process Executive

Locations:

- Perungudi
- Thoraipakkam
- Nungambakkam
- Kovilampakkam

**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls* in Kannada.
- Provide *customer support*, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with call details.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during calls.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: *12th pass or any graduate*.
- *Fluency in Kannada* is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

Day shift, Rotational

Monday to Saturday
- Fixed Sunday off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
