Key Responsibilities:

- **Station Management**: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and delivered on time.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, adhering to the restaurant's guidelines.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory, including the ordering, receiving, and storage of ingredients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- **Training and Development**: Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
- **Education**: Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
- **Skills**: Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on Chinese cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
