Job Title: Sports Marketing Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary: An on-ground champion, responsible for building strong relationships with sports venues, collecting essential data, and creating compelling content. This role is perfect for someone who loves sports and is a natural communicator and a problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Venue Onboarding & Relationship Building:Visit various sports venues (e.g., cricket grounds, football turfs, badminton courts, swimming pools, etc.)
- Interact directly with venue managers, owners, and staff to introduce our app and explain its benefits.
- Collateral Placement & Visibility:Strategically place marketing collateral (e.g., posters, standees) at venues to maximize visibility for our app.
- Ensure collateral is well-maintained and replenished as needed.
- Conduct Monthly tournaments/user engagement activities.
- Take high-quality pictures of sports venues, highlighting their facilities, capture engaging short videos of games, activities, and user experiences at venues to be used for social media and marketing.
- Interact with users at venues to gather testimonials and capture their enthusiasm for sports.
- Manage corporate events/bulk booking enquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Passion for Sports: A genuine love for sports and understanding of various sports.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse individuals (venue managers, users, teammates).
- Basic Photography & Videography Skills: Ability to capture clear, engaging photos and short videos using a smartphone or basic camera. (Knowledge of basic editing tools is a plus).
- Field-Oriented: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and able to handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Sports Management, or related fields are a plus, but not mandatory for a passionate fresher).
- Own transportation (two-wheeler preferred): This will be highly beneficial for daily field visits.
