**Role description**:
**Required skills**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience with data visualization, dashboard, and report creation in PowerBI
- Deep understanding and comfort working in SQL and non-SQL data query environments including data ETL tools such as Alteryx
- Significant experience in defining key performance indicators, setting up reporting work streams and developing performance reports for qualitative and quantitative measures
- Strong ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable implications
- Advanced proficiency within digital marketing landscape critical
- Bonus for expertise in any of the systems below
- Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, AdWords, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook/Instagram for business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, good PowerPoint skills
- Preferred: Experience with setting up marketing attribution/ROI reporting, particularly within the digital marketing landscape

**Key responsibilities**:

- Data Visualization Development
- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using PowerBI
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Customize visualizations to meet specific business requirements and end-user needs
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes
- Data Integration and Modeling
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into PowerBI for analysis and reporting
- Create and maintain data models to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics
- Implement best practices for data governance and data integrity within PowerBI
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations
- Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing PowerBI dashboards and reports effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing PowerBI dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in data visualization best practices and principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with data manipulation, transformation, and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts is a plus
