**F&B Captain Job Description**
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff, ensuring smooth service during shifts.
- **Guest Service**: Greet and interact with guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Order Management**: Take and relay food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to guests.
- **Training & Mentoring**: Assist in training new team members and ensure adherence to service standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food and beverage presentation and ensure consistency in service standards.
- **Stock & Inventory**: Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels during service.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean dining environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
