Qualifications - Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards - Team leadership skills, including training, guiding, and mentoring staff - Excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest needs effectively - Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain operational workflows - Familiarity with safety protocols and hygiene standards in an F&B setting - Relevant previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry - A diploma or certification in hospitality management is a plus - Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems is beneficial
