- Job Discription:

- The role will involve providing Service desk for the A2P SMS platform, both in response to client support issues that have-
- As a Service desk agent, you will be required to perform basic troubleshooting, collect all pertaining details from the
- customer’s issue or request, set correct expectations, and manage the creation and handling of support tickets.- The Service desk position requires strong communication skills in written and verbal form, as this position is the public
- interface of the support chain.- This position is also expected to help increase the entries in internal and public knowledge bases.
- It will be a 24x7 rotational shift No cab facilities will be provided from the company

Minimum Qualification
- Experience supporting mission critical fully redundant services with high uptime requirements.
- Basic understanding of RESTAPI’s
- Basic understanding of networking / internetworking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of critical thinking frameworks
- Able to work autonomously without guidance, reacting to and owning the resolution of an issue and escalating to engineering where
- appropriate.- Preferred Qualification- 1+ years of relevant experience in technical help desk roles
- B.E. in Computer Science or similar field
- Familiarity with the SMS Industry or any similar Telco experience
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Strong foundations of linux/unix
- Any Cloud Certification
