**Telecaller - ERP Software Sales**

**Location**: Mumbai | **Type**: Full-time | **Compensation**: Fixed Salary + Incentives

**About Us**:
Torero Softwares Ltd. develops Medica ERP, a trusted software used by over 3,500 clients for business management. We are expanding our team and seeking Telecallers who can connect with potential clients, explain our ERP solutions, and contribute to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Engage potential clients and generate leads.
- **Product Presentation**: Explain ERP software benefits and handle customer inquiries.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Set up product demos for the sales team.
- **Follow-Ups & Conversion**: Maintain contact with leads to ensure sales closure.
- **Database Management**: Keep accurate records and update CRM systems.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards individual and team sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 12th pass or higher.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in telecalling, sales, or IT product marketing (ERP sales experience is a plus).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, persuasion, and basic computer knowledge.
- **Preferred**: Experience in B2B software sales or lead generation.
