- Expertise to define technical requirements for harness design/routing
- Good Knowledge of PTC Creo modules like Electrical harness assembly, Installation & Flattening, Part Design, Drafting and Assembly Design
- Good understanding of Electrical Equipment, Layouts, Electrical schematics, wire lists, pin-to-pin diagrams, etc.
- Ability to design electrical cabinets, installation & routing, cable ducts/trays, bracket design and selection of Cable Clamps, Connectors, Glands, Cable Protections & Conduits for Harness Installation
- Sheet metal design - Installation / support brackets, cable trays, cabinets, etc.
- Good drawing reading skills, dimensioning standard and BoM creation
- Ability to design and drafting of assemblies, installations, etc.
- Expertise in Data Management tools like Windchill
- Conduct self and team’s internal quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency all across deliveries
- Organize Design / Verification reviews with internal team and customer SPCs
- ** Desirable**:

- Experience on Rolling stock (Rail) and standards
- working level expertise on Rolling stock (Rail) / Harness Design
- GD&T, Welding, DFM, DFMEA, etc.
- Configuration and Change Request management
- Team handling and effective communication skills
