**MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - SPM**

**Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer for (SPM-** **Stackers, Pallet Trucks, Tow Trucks & Buggies)**

**Expected Exp**:3~5 Years

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**:
Develop conceptual designs for Special Purpose Machinery based on client requirements,

Generate detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

**System Integration: Special Purpose Machinery**

Collaborate with electrical and controls engineers to integrate mechanical designs. Ensure seamless communication and functionality between mechanical and control systems

**Feasibility Analysis**:
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability and practicality of proposed designs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze design specifications and make necessary adjustments.

**Prototype Development**:
Oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes.

Conduct tests and evaluations to validate design performance and functionality.

Collaborate with the testing and quality assurance teams to address any issues.

**Cost Analysis and Optimization**:
Work closely with the project management team to estimate and optimize project costs.

Identify cost-effective materials and manufacturing processes without compromising quality.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers,Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical design.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and efficiency.

**Documentation**:
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, reports, and manuals.

Maintain accurate records of design changes and project milestones.

**Preffered Skills**:

- Proven experience in designing Special Purpose Machinery.
- Proficiency in CAD software **(e.g., Creo 10, AutoCAD).**
- Strong Knowledge in 3D modeling ,Drafting with **Creo 10**.
- Good Knowledge of GD & T.
- Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and execute design projects within specified timelines and budgets
- Knowledge in DFMEA - Design Failure model effective analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for BOM management
- Experience in sheet metal design, welding, and fabrication processes

**Preferred Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Creo software skill is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
