- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our gynecology products to healthcare professionals, with a focus on gynecologists and obstetricians. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, build strong relationships with medical professionals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target gynecologists and obstetricians in the assigned territory.

Schedule meetings with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and present our gynecology products.

Deliver comprehensive product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and clinical evidence to support the effectiveness of our products.

Provide complete and accurate information about our products, including technical specifications, usage guidelines, and pricing details.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and address any inquiries or objections promptly and professionally.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Identify opportunities for new business and expansion within the gynecology market by actively prospecting and networking.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and healthcare professionals.

Handle complaints and issues raised by customers in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field.

Regularly track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
