As the Sales and Back Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- You will be coordinating with the sales staff to gather information from the field and help close sales.
- Coordination with On Field Sale Team.
- Creating reports on account progress.
- You will ensure that Sales Executive’s inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Day to day coordination with factory.
- Preparing Sales Invoice. Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders.
- Handling online marketing sale. Handling website of company.
- Identifying inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Assist the Management to plan and execute strategies to improve company’s growth.
- To deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales team with daily sales administration activities.
- Maintaining and Publishing Product Price-List. Outstanding Follow up
with Clients/Sales Executives.
- Responding to incoming inquiries. Order Entry and check that delivery and contact details are correct and update customer records with any changes.
- Order Processing in CRM given by Management and check the order to ensure that correct details are entered, such as prices, discounts or product codes.
- Prepare Quotation, Proforma Invoice. Liaise with the Operations department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handling technical inquiries. Dispatching, tracking and handling sample orders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
