**Job Title**: International Outbound Sales Executive

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Shift Timing**: 12 AM - 9 AM

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 in-hand + Unlimited Incentives + ₹100/day Night Allowance

**Job Type**: Full-time, On Payroll

**Eligibility**:

- **Punjabi Freshers**: Excellent communication in English and Punjabi.
- **Age**: 23 - 44 years (Punjabi) / 23 - 36 years (Generic).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct international outbound telecalling to generate sales.
- Convince and close sales with interested leads.
- Handle cold calling and achieve revenue-based targets.
- Earn incentives based on performance.

**Perks**:

- Rotational offs (2 days/week).
- Night shift allowance.
- Unlimited incentives based on revenue generated.
