Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Coordination**:
- o Act as the primary liaison between Head Office and oil rig sites to facilitate smooth communication and project updates.
- o Coordinate day-to-day activities, including inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and logístical requirements.
**2. Project Management**:
- o Monitor the progress of ongoing projects across rigs, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- o Prepare project status reports and escalate issues to management when necessary.
**3. Logistics and Resource Allocation**:
- o Coordinate the movement of equipment, tools, and supplies to oil rigs as per project requirements.
- o Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
**4. Team Support**:
- o Work closely with site managers, engineers, and field teams to address challenges and align goals.
- o Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data analysis, and compliance tracking.
**5. Compliance and Safety**:
- o Ensure all operations comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
- o Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and other compliance-related activities.
**6. Problem-Solving**:
- o Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and develop contingency plans in collaboration with on-site teams.
- o Facilitate resolution of technical or operational challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
0-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- o Experience in coordinating with multiple teams across different locations.
**- Skills**:
- o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- o Proficiency in SAP
- o Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- o Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and operations is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
