**Job Title**: Project Coordinator Intern
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Internship (6 Months, Unpaid)
**Job Overview**:
As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will act as a vital link between our clients and the internal Business Development Executives (BDE) team. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth communication, managing project coordination tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal BDE/project teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
- Document meeting discussions, action items, and project progress updates.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
- Help resolve project-related issues by facilitating clear communication between teams.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to supervisors.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT/software development processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Trello).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
