About the Role

The Wild Sheep is looking for a Social Media Designer who is creative, fast, and skilled in both video and static design. This role is all about bringing ideas to life through reels, short-form video editing, animations, and high-quality carousels. You should be able to turn around engaging social-first content quickly and with a strong eye for design.

Key Responsibilities
- Create reels and short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms.
- Edit raw video footage (real people, behind-the-scenes, product shots) into polished reels using smart cuts, animations, and on-trend audio.
- Add motion graphics, doodles, typography, and custom elements to enhance content.
- Design carousels, static posts, and other social-first visuals with a creative edge.
- Work with trends, audios, and references to produce relevant, engaging content.
- Deliver fast turnarounds (1-2 days for reels/edits).

Skills & Tools You Should Know
- Video editing: CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate (for doodles/illustrations) or similar software.
- Carousels & Graphics: Adobe Suite (strong knowledge), Canva (if required, but not limited to it).
- Understanding of Instagram grids, formats, and social-first aesthetics.
