We are looking for a passionate and dedicated R&D Intern with a background in **Food Technology** to join our team for a **3 to 6-month internship**. The intern will work closely with our R&D team on various projects related to product development, quality improvement, and research into new technologies and ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, and high performers may receive a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)** upon successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in product development and formulation of new food and beverage products.
- Conduct research on food ingredients, processes, and emerging technologies.
- Perform lab tests and trials to evaluate new product concepts and ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, production, and marketing.
- Support in sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and product optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, trials, and results.
- Assist in ensuring all products meet industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative food solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational background in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field** (Bachelor’s or Master's students preferred).
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, product development, and processing technologies.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovation and creating sustainable, healthy food solutions.
