**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Channel Partner Development**: Identify, onboard, and manage **channel partners, distributors, and resellers** to drive product adoption.
- **Merchant Acquisition**: Expand the merchant network by **pitching, negotiating, and closing deals** with retailers, brands, and business owners.
- **Sales Execution & Revenue Growth**: Achieve sales targets by executing **channel strategies, market expansion plans, and promotional campaigns**.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain **long-term relationships** with partners to drive engagement and loyalty.
- **Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine **sales strategies**.
- **Training & Support**: Provide sales training and support to **channel partners** to enhance their effectiveness in selling the company’s products.

**Key Requirements**:

- 0**-3 years** of experience in **channel sales, merchant acquisition, or B2B partnerships** (preferably FMCG).
- Strong **network in retail, merchant acquiring, or distribution ecosystems**.
- Proven track record in achieving **sales targets and driving revenue growth**.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills**.
- Ability to work independently and **execute sales strategies with mínimal supervision**.
- Familiarity with digital payments, POS solutions, or financial products is a plus.
