Prepare **detailed quotations/offers** based on **approved design layouts** from clients.
- Analyse material and labour costs for custom lab furniture projects.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to validate costing accuracy.
- Monitor actual vs. estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle monthly billing of contractors as per layout progress and site work.
- Maintain cost sheets and estimation records for future reference.
- Participate in pricing discussions and quotation negotiations with clients.
- Justify costing components and support the sales team during order finalization.
- Coordinate project planning activities from order confirmation to delivery.

Maintain clear documentation for each case-to-case project execution

**Requisite Skills**:

- Proficient in Advance MS Excel, basic AutoCAD understanding preferred
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQ

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
