
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the loan processing stages.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan approvals and ensure timely loan settlements.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct final checks and verifications to ensure all loan documents are complete and accurate before submission to lenders.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in reviewing and verifying documentation and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Educational Requirements**:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in finance, banking, or related fields are a plus.
