**Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our gold jewelry products and services.

2. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, with a focus on closing sales.

3. Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences, style, and budget.

4. Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, order status, and pricing.

5. Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure sales transactions.

6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of company revenue goals.

8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and cultivate long-term relationships.

9. Input and maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.

10. Participate in regular sales training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

1. Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building rapport with customers.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

7. Knowledge of gold jewelry and familiarity with different types of jewelry designs, metals, and gemstones is advantageous.

8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs and sales events.

9. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
