**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and prospect for new customers, including businesses, distributors, and industrial clients. This involve cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Sales Strategy**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- **Presentations and Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- **Reporting**: Track sales progress, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare regular performance reports.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required or preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the petroleum or a related industry.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the petroleum industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
