**Job Title**: Sr.Executive/ Area Manager

**Department**: Tower Operations

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Workdays**: 6 days’ work week

**Annual Salary (INR)**: 300,000 - 420,000

**Incentive Eligibility**: Yes

**Travel Required**: Extensive traveling

FuelBuddy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the final delivery of fuel to customers in Jaipur. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient doorstep fuel delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Delivery Operations Management:

- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of fuel to customers, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and resolve any issues during the last mile delivery process.

Route Planning and Optimization:

- Design efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and costs.
- Adjust delivery plans as needed in response to changing conditions (e.g., traffic, weather).

Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with delivery personnel to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Provide guidance and resolve on-ground challenges for delivery staff.

Customer Interaction:

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and operational metrics.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on delivery performance and key KPIs.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all deliveries comply with safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold service quality and safety standards.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 - 4 years of experience in last-mile logistics operations in Rajasthan.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to create basic reports.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and own a vehicle for travel in designated areas of Rajasthan.
