LMDmax strives to elevate the last-mile delivery experience for businesses and their teams. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure operational efficiency by implementing strategies to streamline last-mile delivery services. Primary responsibilities include coordinating fleet management activities, supervising and coaching staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, achieve operational goals, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, Fleet Coordination, and Process Optimization Strong Leadership, Team Supervision, and Staff Coaching skills Expertise in Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, and Metric Reporting Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in technology platforms and tools related to logistics and delivery operations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Prior experience in last-mile delivery operations or logistics is a plus
