Sri Krish Automation is seeking an experienced and technically sound **NPD Manager** to lead the New Product Development process and feasibility analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end new product development from customer RFQ to sample approval.
- Study component drawings and prepare feasibility reports.
- Develop cost estimates based on material, process, and tooling requirements.
- Work with production, quality, and design teams to ensure successful first-time-right sample development.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation as per customer requirements.
- Maintain records of all development activities including costing sheets.
- Support continual improvement of development processes and standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NPD.
- Strong knowledge design, modeling software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes is an added advantage.
