The NPD Setter is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing machinery and equipment to support the development and production of new products. This role ensures that all setups align with specifications and quality standards while working closely with the NPD team to achieve successful product trials and launches.
- **Experience**:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in a machine setter, technician, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with production processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Lean Manufacturing).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the NPD team to conduct trials of new products on manufacturing equipment.
- Provide technical feedback on trial results and suggest adjustments for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
