The NPD Assistant plays a key support role in the product development process by assisting the NPD team in designing, prototyping, testing, and launching new products. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is preferred and freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools is a plus.
- Must know documentation.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of NPD projects from concept to launch.
- Ensure that all new products comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
