We are looking for enthusiastic **Fresher Dispatchers** to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Operations**:

- Assist in assigning towing jobs to drivers.
- Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely completions.
- Support the team in route optimization and job allocation.

**Customer Service**:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Communicate updates and resolve basic concerns effectively.
- Maintain a polite and customer-focused approach at all times.

**Driver Coordination**:

- Relay job details to drivers accurately.
- Provide necessary support to drivers during operations.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain logs of dispatch activities in the system.
- Assist in preparing daily operational reports.

**Team Support**:

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Learn and adapt quickly to dynamic workflows.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- **Eagerness to Learn**: Enthusiasm to acquire new skills and grow within the company.
