- **Repair and Maintenance**: Diagnosing and repairing issues with kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and solving problems with equipment functionality.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Regularly inspecting and maintaining equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- **Installation**: Assisting with the installation of new equipment.
- **Documentation**: Keeping records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- **Communication**: Communicating with staff and management about equipment issues.

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
