The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting products and services, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a client database with detailed information on clients’ needs and preferences.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for all client needs and provide after-sales support.
- Address and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Understand the company’s products, services, and offerings thoroughly.
- Present and promote products to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms of agreements with clients.
- Close deals to ensure successful sales conversion.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, product improvements, and market conditions to the management.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and results.
- Track all sales activities in CRM and update as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
