**Accountabilities**:
**In the role you would be expected to**:

- Coordinate outreach among our sales teams and senior executives to prospective clients for both Contents Solutions and our key global event franchises
- Research and gather accurate data for sales prospects in (in priority order) Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. This includes internet based research, calling clients to get accurate data. Success KPIs being placed on the swiftness, accuracy and volume of data collected.
- Coordinate outreach communications and follow up between Economist senior executives to senior clients.
- Provide day-to-day support for SEA Sales Team, such as:

- Assist with sales prospecting
- Assist with powerpoint presentations for proposals
- Assist with coordination of external vendors

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Proactive thinking and planning; ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Creative problem solving, innate curiosity and tenacity to follow through
- Desire to learn about marketing services
